Some Info About ...
JOEY VINCENT

Joey Vincent has been performing professionally, in both classical and popular music, for over thirty years. He has played throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Russia, including such venues as Carnegie Hall, the Philadelphia Academy of Music, and Toronto Symphony Hall, and has earned a BA in Music from Temple University.

Although he began his musical training in classical trumpet, by the time he began college Joey Vincent knew he wanted much more. After two years, he left college to go "on the road" with a professional show, returning after a year to continue his studies and work his way through college by playing with local show groups. It was here that he discovered he had an ability to sing, do impressions, and make people laugh. "It was a Walter Mitty existence - I was a mild-mannered college student by day, but at night I could turn myself into anything I wanted to be!"

After graduation, he threw himself into performance full-time, touring throughout the USA with some of the top show groups in the country. He continued to hone his skills, until by 1991 Joey Vincent felt he was ready to put together his own one-man show, blending comedy, impressions, singing, dancing and trumpet playing into a first-rate musical entertainment experience. As he puts it, "I can't think of a better way to go through life than to do something you love to do - and to make other people happy at the same time. Nothing feels better than to leave the stage knowing you did your best, and that the audience knows it, too!"
